Steve receives the 2022 Johann Anton Merck Award

Steve was awarded the Johann Anton Merck Award in a ceremony that was live-streamed from Darmstadt, Germany. Steve is only the third recipient of this prestigious award, which is given for outstanding scientific preclinical research accomplishments in the areas of Merck Healthcare‘s strategic focus. 

Following the presentation of the award at the Curios2022-Future Insight meeting, Steve delivered his keynote lecture, ‘Translation of fundamental biological research towards new medicines’.
