Part II student Fiona Bunn awarded Biochemistry prizes
Our Part II student, Fiona, Bunn, who carried out her research project in our lab, exploring the role of the DNA repair protein XRCC1, has been award not one, but two prizes. Graduating with a first, she has been awarded the Part II Richard Perham 2nd Prize (awarded to the student(s) ranked second in the class, jointly with Thomas Hammond) and the Part II Alkis Seraphim Memorial Fund Prize (awarded to the student(s) with the highest mark in their research project dissertation, jointly with Jonas Cerneckis).
